植物抗菌液对小鼠抗炎作用的研究
Study on the anti-inflammatory effects of plant antifungal solution in mice
【摘要】 目的观察植物抗菌液(PAS)的抗炎作用并探讨其机制。方法分别用巴豆油和2,4-二硝基氯苯制备小鼠耳肿胀和耳接触性皮炎模型;检测小鼠耳廓肿胀度和血清中肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)的水平;观察小鼠致炎耳的结痂情况,测定致炎耳的厚度增加值和与正常耳的重量差;测定血清中白介素4(IL-4)和白介素12(IL-12)的含量。结果 PAS组小鼠的耳廓肿胀度和血清中TNF-α水平低于模型组的;模型组小鼠的耳结痂数多于PAS组的;PAS组的耳廓厚度增加值和与正常耳的重量差均明显低于模型组的;血清中IL-12的水平高于模型组的,IL-4的水平低于模型组的。结论 PAS能有效抑制巴豆油引起的小鼠耳肿胀,其机制可能和降低血清中TNF-α的水平有关;PAS还能有效抑制小鼠耳廓的接触性皮炎,其机制可能和升高血清中IL-12的水平和降低IL-4的水平有关。
【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of plant antifungal solution(PAS) on anti-inflammatory effects in mice and to study the mechanism.METHODS The mouse ear edema and ear contact dermatitis were respectively induced by croton oil and dinitrochlorobenzene.In the ear edema experiment,mouse auricle swelling degree and TNF-α level in the serum were detected.In the contact dermatitis experiment,the inflammatory ear ’s scabbing was observed,and the inflammatory ear ’s thickness increases value was detected.The mice’s ears weight and IL-4,IL-12 levels in the serum were also tested.RESULTS The auricle swelling degree and TNF-α level in the serum of experimental group were lower than that in the model group.The number of scab in model group was higher than that in the experimental group.The degree of auricular thickness and ear weight of experimental group were obviously lower than that in model group.IL-12 level in the serum of experimental group was higher than that in model group,and IL-4 level in the serum of experiment group was lower than that in model group.CONCLUSION The PAS could effectively inhibit the ear swelling mice induced by croton oil.The inhibitory mechanism may be relative to the decrease of inflammatory TNF-α level in the serum.PPAS could effectively inhibit the mice ear contact dermatitis,and the possible inhibition mechanisms is relative to increase of IL-12 level in the serum and decrease of IL-4 level.
