电位滴定法测定胶原的表观解离平衡常数
Determination of apparent dissociation constant of collagen by potentiometric method
【摘要】 论文采用电位滴定法测定不同离子强度下胶原蛋白的表观解离平衡常数,根据Katchalsk-Spitnik方程作图和计算。结果表明:随着离子强度的增大,胶原的表观解离常数随之减小,其值分别为:7.94(0 mol·L-1Na Cl)、7.90(0.1 mol·L-1Na Cl)、7.90(0.2 mol·L-1Na Cl)和7.88(0.4 mol·L-1Na Cl),离子强度对胶原的表观解离常数影响较小。
【Abstract】 The apparent dissociation constants of collagen under different ionic strength were determined by potentiometric titration,and the data were analyzed based on Katchalsk-Spitnik equation.The results indicate that collagen’s apparent dissociation constant decreases slightly with the increase of ionic strength,and the value is 7. 94( 0 mol·L-1Na Cl),7. 90( 0. 1 mol·L-1Na Cl),and 7. 90( 0. 2 mol·L-1Na Cl),7. 88( 0. 4 mol·L-1Na Cl) respectively.The ionic strength has a weak influence on apparent dissociation constants of collagen.
