【摘要】 目的研究福建省新型农村合作医疗(新农合)癌症患者的费用与补偿特征,为患"大病"者进一步改进补偿提供参考。方法用SPSS v21软件分析福建省2005—2014年新农合癌症住院患者数据库信息(15 654 497人次)。结果福建省10年间癌症患者"次均住院费"呈增长趋势,年增长率为7.1%(由7 974元增至14 736元);"次均补偿额"年增长率12.2%(由2 107元增至5 958元);男女"次均住院费"最高的前3种癌症均为鼻咽/喉癌(男19 220元、女19 022元)、肾/输尿管癌(男17 316元、女17 215元)和胰腺癌(男15 583元、女14 995元);肝/胆癌的"自付住院费用"最高(9 245元),"实际补偿比"最低(33.0%);30~64岁患者的"次均住院费"1.3~1.4万元;"次均住院费"福州市最高;10年平均"实际补偿比"为37.0%,以漳州市最高;10年平均"范围外费用占比"达26.8%。结论福建省2005—2014年癌症住院患者的平均"实际补偿比"仅37.0%,其经济负担依然沉重,需进一步开展"大病"补偿。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the hospitalization costs and compensation in Fujian NCMS for the reference of further compensation of "big disease cost".Methods The database of hospitalization cancer cases(15 654 497cases)were analyzed(2005-2014)by using SPSS v21 package.Results The hospitalization cost of cancer cases showed increasing tendency(from 7974 to 14736Yuan),with annural increasing rate 7.1%.The annural increasing rate of compensation level was 12.2%(from 2 107 to 5 958).The highest costs both genders were for nasopharyngeal(male 19220,female 19 022),renal(17 316,17 215)and pancreatic cancer(15 583,14 995).The highest cost and lowest actual compensation happened in liver cancer cases.The self-paid cost was highest(9 245)and actual compensation percentage was lowest(33.0%)for liver cancer.The costs for aged 30-64 were 13-14 thousand Yuan.The highest cost was in Fuzhou.The mean actual compensation percentage for ten years was 37% and the highest level was in Zhangzhou.The mean percentage of not compensation for ten years was 26.8%.Conclusion The mean actual compensation percentage of hospitalization costs of cancer cases for ten years was 37% only,they still faced with heavy economic burden in Fujian.The further compensation of"big disease cost"is necessary.更多还原
