丙酮缩合法合成甲基异丁基酮的研究进展

【摘要】 丙酮是廉价易得的化工原料,是异丙苯氧化裂解法生产苯酚时的副产物,目前国内产能过剩。甲基异丁基酮是一种有着广泛用途的化工中间体。因此,将丙酮通过缩合加氢生产制备甲基异丁基酮,能够消耗产能过剩的化合物,生产市场需求旺盛的产品,是非常重要的有机化学反应,具有巨大的工业应用前景。本文对丙酮缩合法合成甲基异丁基酮反应的研究进展进行整理与系统性地阐述,供国内相关领域技术人员参考。

【Abstract】 Acetone is a cheap and accessible starting material in chemical industry. It is an excess side product in the cracker of oxidative cumene to produce phenol. On the other hand,methyl isobutyl ketone( MIBK) is an important intermediate in chemical industry. Synthesis of MIBK from acetone consumes the excess materials in chemical industry to produce the compound with huge market requirement and thus is a very important organic reaction with great industrial application scope. This review aims to reorganize and describe the advances of the condensation of acetone to produce MIBK for supplying reference of the related technicians in China.
