铁酸铜催化氧化水体中的苯酚

【摘要】 以硝酸铁和硫酸铜为原料,采用柠檬酸配合法制备铁酸铜(CuFe2O4),通过X射线衍射(XRD)和傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT IR)对产物进行结构表征。采用静态实验,在室温和初始pH值为7的条件下,进行了反应时间、催化剂投料比和浓度、过氧化氢用量及苯酚初始浓度等影响因素试验。催化剂铜铁物质的量比为1∶2时效果最好,催化氧化苯酚为准一级反应动力学,CuFe2O4的用量增加对苯酚氧化的催化效果显著增强。

【Abstract】 With ferric nitrate and copper sulfate as raw material,CuFe2O4 was prepared by citric acid complexing method.The product was characterized by XRD and FT IR.The influence of static oxidation conditions including reaction time,mole ratio of Cu and Fe and dosage of CuFe2O4,hydrogen peroxide dosage and initial concentration of phenol was investigated under initial pH of 7at room temperature.The catalytic performance of CuFe2O4 with mole ratio of 1∶2for Cu and Fe was the best.The catalytic oxidation of phenol is a pseudo-first order reaction,and the catalytic activity increases greatly with the amount of CuFe2O4.
