含二茂铁基肟醚类化合物的合成及抗真菌活性
Synthesis and Antifungal Activity of Oxime-ether Compounds Containing Ferrocenyl
【摘要】 以二茂铁为起始原料,合成了3-二茂铁基-5-芳基吡唑啉,再依次与氯乙酰氯和醛肟反应,生成16个二茂铁基肟醚类化合物。通过~1HNMR、FT-IR及ESI-HRMS对目标化合物进行结构表征。将合成的肟醚类化合物分别对3种植物真菌病(马铃薯干腐病、烟草赤星病、西瓜枯萎病)进行了初步的抗植物真菌活性实验。测试结果显示,部分化合物具有良好的抗植物真菌活性。
【Abstract】 A series of ferrocenyl oxime-ether derivatives were designed and synthesized from ferrocenyl pyrazoline compounds,chloroacetyl chloride and aldoximes. The structures of the target compounds were confirmed by1 HNMR,FT-IR and ESI-HRMS.Finally,the primary antimycotic activity of the title compounds against three plant fungals( Pythium solani,Gibberlla nicotiancola,Fusarium oxysporium f. s. p. niveum.) had been screened. The results indicate that some of the compounds have a good plant antifungal activity.
