微波辐射合成β-氨基丙烯腈类化合物
Synthesis of β-Enaminonitriles under Microwave Irradiation
【摘要】 报道了以芳香族或脂肪族腈类与含活泼亚甲基腈类化合物为原料,在叔丁醇钾催化下,以PEG-400为溶剂,在微波条件下,通过Thorpe反应合成目标化合物。同时,分别对反应时间、催化剂种类、溶剂种类、催化剂用量进行了考察,并对所得化合物进行核磁、红外、质谱、熔点等检测与表征。
【Abstract】 Synthesis of β-enaminonitriles via coupling of aromatic nitriles with active methylenecarbonitriles catalyzed by potassium tert-butoxide in the solution of PEG-400 under microwave irradiation condition was reported.Meanwhile,the reaction time,the type of catalyst,the type of solvent,the amount of catalyst for this reaction were investigated,and the products were confirmed by NMR,IR,MS,melting point,etc.
