氨基氟硅油改性水性聚氨酯的研究
Study on modification of waterborne polyurethane by amino fluorine-silicone oil
【摘要】 为改善水性聚氨酯的耐水性、耐候性能以及机械性能等,通过阴离子开环的方法,用含有活性基团氨基的3-(2-氨乙基)-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷(SCA-603)对1,3,5-三甲基-1,3,5-三(3,3,3-三氟丙基)环三硅氧烷(D3F)封端,将D3F接入聚氨酯主链结构合成聚氟硅氧烷-聚氨酯嵌段共聚物。聚氟硅氧烷-聚氨酯嵌段共聚物同时具备氟硅聚合物和水性聚氨酯两者的优异性能,通过红外光谱、粒度分析仪、热重分析和力学性能测试等手段进行了表征,表明氨基氟硅油成功接入到聚氨酯大分子链上。氨基氟硅油的引入在一定程度上提高了聚合物的热稳定性和疏水性,氨基氟硅油质量分数6%的水性聚氨酯试样的乳液平均粒径最小,而且颗粒分布最窄,具有较好的机械性能。
【Abstract】 In order to improve the water resistance,weather resistance and mechanical properties of waterborne polyurethane,1,3,5-trimethyl-1,3,5-tri( 3,3,3-trifluoropropyl) cyclotrisiloxane( D3F) is blocked with 3-( 2-aminoethyl)-aminopropyl-trimethoxysilane( SCA-603) by anionic ring-opening,and D3 F is grafted into the main chain structure of polyurethane to prepare fluorine-silicone oil-polyurethane block copolymers. The prepared fluorine-silicone oil-polyurethane block copolymers combine the excellent performance of both water-based polyurethane and fluorine-silicone,which is characterized by infrared spectroscopy,laser particle size analyzer,TGA,SEM,contact angle and mechanical performance testing. Amino fluorine-silicone oil is successfully grafted into the macromolecular chains of polyurethane,which leads to the improvement of thermal stability and water resistance of waterborne polyurethane. The results show that the sample of waterborne polyurethane emulsion with mass fraction 6% of amino fluorine-silicone oil has the narrowest particle size distribution,the minimum particles and good mechanical properties.
