Au/TiO2纳米光催化剂的制备及光催化性能研究

【摘要】 采用水热法制备TiO2纳米粒子,通过光化学还原沉积法制备了Au/TiO2光催化剂,并利用SEM、XRD、EDS和DRS等技术对样品进行了表征,考察了不同Au含量对TiO2纳米粒子光催化分解水制氢活性的影响。研究结果表明,通过此方法可以成功地将Au纳米粒子均匀地分散在TiO2纳米粒子表面,用适量Au进行表面修饰不仅能提高TiO2对可见光的吸收,还可以促进TiO2光生电子-空穴对的分离效率,从而提高了TiO2纳米粒子的光催化活性。其中,3%Au/TiO2纳米粒子的光催化活性最高。

【Abstract】 Au/TiO2 photocatalysts were prepared by photocatalytic reduction reactions to deposit Au on the surface of TiO2 nanoparticles prepared by hydrothermal method. The samples were characterized by SEM, EDS,XRD and DRS techniques. The effect of the amount of Au on the photocatalytic activity of TiO2 nanoparticles for hydrogen evolution from water splitting was investigated. The results show that Au nanoparticles were uniformly dispersed on the surface of TiO2 nanoparticles. The surface modification with appropriate amount of Au not only can extend the absorption spectrum of TiO2 nanoparticles, but also can enhance the separation efficiency of TiO2 photoinduced electron-hole pairs, thereby the photocatalytic activity of TiO2 nanoparticles can be improved. Among all the samples, 3% Au/TiO2 nanoparticles show the highest photocatalytic activity.
