【摘要】 在对经济增长质量的外延与内涵进行界定的基础上,分别从经济增长的效率、稳定性、生态环境与资源使用效率、经济增长的结构优化,以及经济增长的福利变化与成果分配等方面构建测度经济增长质量的评价体系,对河北省2009-2013年经济增长质量的发展演变情况进行测度.研究发现,河北省近年来经济增长质量持续提升,且增长幅度趋缓,通货膨胀率、就业变动率、消费率等是其关键影响因素,提出在稳定物价的同时,积极培育和引导消费者消费,完善就业政策,推动河北省经济发展方式的改变,统筹产业结构升级,促进河北省经济增长质量的进一步提高.更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the definition of the extension and connotation of economic growth quality, the article tries to build the evaluation system of economic growth quality from the efficiency of economic growth, stability, ecological environment and resource use efficiency, the structure optimization of economic growth, the welfare change and distribution of economic growth and so on. It will measure the economic growth quality of Hebei provinces from 2009 to 2013. The study finds that the economy growth quality continues to improve, and the growth slows down in recent years in Hebei province. And the rate of inflation, changes in employment rate and consumption rate are key influencing factors. It puts forward that while making the price stable, we should actively cultivate and guide the consumer spending, improve the employment policy, promote the change of the economic development mode, plan the industrial structure upgrade in order to promote the further improvement in the quality of economic growth in Hebei province.更多还原
