【摘要】 加强免费师范生教学能力培养对于促进免费师范生成长成才、实现教师队伍专业化、促进农村基础教育健康发展具有重要意义。当前免费师范生的教学设计能力、教学实施能力、教学评价能力相对欠缺,而培养思路偏差、课程体系欠佳、师资力量薄弱、教育实践不足是其原因所在。为此,应当从创新培养思路、优化课程体系、强化师资力量、改善教学实践等方面提升免费师范生教学能力。更多还原
