【摘要】 目的:观察瘾停胶囊的安神镇痛作用。方法:利用戊巴比妥钠催眠小鼠,观察药物是否延长其睡眠时间;利用醋酸、高热导致小鼠疼痛,观察药物是否有抑制疼痛的作用。结果:瘾停胶囊能延长戊巴比妥钠催眠小鼠的睡眠时间,减少由醋酸引起的小鼠扭体反应次数,提高小鼠的耐热能力。结论:瘾停胶囊具有较好的安神镇痛作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the tranquilizing and analgesic effects of Yinting capsules. Methods: The mice were hypnotized by pentobarbital sodium to observe whether the drug could prolong sleep tim e. Acetic acid and heat were used to induce pain to observe whether the drug could relieve pain. Results: Yinting capsules prolonged the sleep time of mice hypnotized by pentobarbital sodium,reduced the number of writhing times induced by acetic acid,and increased their ability to resist heat. Conclusion: Yinting capsules have good tranquilizing and analgesic effects.更多还原
