【摘要】 目的:观察健脾益气清利活血方配合穴位贴敷治疗慢性肾炎的临床疗效。方法:将65例慢性肾炎患者随机分为两组,对照组30例采用西药常规治疗,治疗组35例在对照组治疗基础上加用健脾益气清利活血方配合穴位贴敷治疗,观察两组临床疗效及24h尿蛋白定量、肾功能、血清白蛋白、低密度脂蛋白。结果:总有效率治疗组为91.4%,对照组为73.3%,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组证候积分及24h蛋白尿定量治疗前后组内比较及治疗后组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);治疗组治疗后BUN、Cr、LDL、ALB与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:健脾益气清利活血方配合穴位贴敷治疗慢性肾炎有较好的临床疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of spleen- strengthening,qi- benefiting,heat- clearing,and blood- activating( SQHB) prescription combined with acupoint application in the treatment of chronic nephritis. Methods:A total of 65 patients with chronic nephritis were randomly divided into two groups: control group( n = 30) and treatment group( n = 35). The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine therapy,while the treatment group was treated with conventional medicine therapy plus SQHB prescription combined with acupoint application. The clinical outcome of each group was evaluated,and 24- h urinary protein excretion,renal function,serum albumin( Alb),and low- density lipoprotein( LDL) were measured. Results: The overall response rate of the treatment group( 91. 4%) was significantly higher than that of the control group( 73. 3%)( P < 0. 05). After treatment,clinical syndrome scores and 24- h urinary protein excretion were significantly changed in both groups,and were significantly different between the two groups( P < 0. 05 or P < 0. 01). After treatment,blood urea nitrogen,creatinine,LDL,and Alb of the treatment group were significantly different from those of the control group( P < 0. 05 or P < 0. 01). Conclusion: SQHB prescription combined with acupoint application has good efficacy in the treatment of chronic nephritis.更多还原
