【摘要】 目的:评价复方川贝枇杷合剂治疗产褥期风热犯肺型咳嗽的疗效与安全性。方法:将60例产褥期风热犯肺型咳嗽患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。治疗组采用复方川贝枇杷合剂治疗,对照组采用感咳双清胶囊治疗,3d后统计疗效。结果:总有效率治疗组为100%,对照组为90%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组症状评分治疗前后组内比较及治疗后组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复方川贝枇杷合剂治疗产褥期风热犯肺型咳嗽疗效较好,且未发现不良反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of compound mixture of fritillary and loquat in the treatment of cough of wind- heat invading lung type in puerperium. Methods: A total of 60 patients with cough of wind- heat invading lung type in puerperium were equally and randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group received compound mixture of fritillary and loquat,while the control group received Ganke Shuangqing capsules. The treatment outcomes were evaluated after 3 days of treatment. Results: There was a significant difference in the overall response rate between the treatment group and the control group( 100% vs 90%,P < 0. 05).After treatment,both groups showed a significant improvement in the symptom score( P < 0. 05). And there was a significant difference in the symptom score between the two groups after treatment( P < 0. 05).
