参榆灌肠方对溃疡性结肠炎模型大鼠肠黏膜修复的影响
The Influence of Shenyu Enema Decoction(参榆灌肠方) on Intestinal Repairment in Mice Model of Ulcerative Colitis
【摘要】 目的:观察参榆灌肠方对溃疡性结肠炎模型大鼠结肠组织黏膜修复的影响。方法:采用三硝基苯磺酸(TNBS)法诱导大鼠溃疡性结肠炎模型,随机分为正常组、模型组、参榆灌肠方组和SASP组,给药10 d后处死,取结肠组织,观察结肠大体形态变化,采用HE染色法观察结肠组织病理学改变,ELISA法检测细胞因子IL-17、TGF-β水平。结果:参榆灌肠方组大鼠体质量增加优于模型组(P<0.05),结肠大体形态和病理组织学明显优于模型组;参榆灌肠方组大鼠IL-6水平明显低于模型组,TGF-水平高于模型组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:参榆灌肠方灌肠可减轻溃疡性结肠炎模型大鼠肠道炎症反应,修复结肠黏膜。
【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the influence of Shenyu Enema Decoction(参榆灌肠方, SYED) on intestinal repairment in mice model of ulcerative colitis. Methods: The SD rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group, SYED group and SASP group. TNBS/ethanol was used to induce the formation of Ulcerative Colitis. Rats were treated with SYED and SASP in 10 days. The serum and colonic mucosa samples of rats to observe pathological changes of colonic mucosa under light microscope was collected. Then determinate the serum IL-6 and TGF-β by ELISA. Results: The body weight of rats in SYED group increased more than that of model group(P<0.05). SYED group rat colon gross morphological level and pathological scores were significantly improvement, better than the model group. Compared with model group, IL-6 levels of SYED group was significantly lower and TGF-β was significantly higher(P<0.05). Conclusion: Enema with SYED can reduce intestinal inflammatory reaction and repair colonic mucosa in ulcerative colitis rats.
