【摘要】 目的:观察益气和胃清热祛瘀法治疗疣状胃炎的临床疗效。方法:将300例疣状胃炎患者按照不完全型和完全型随机分为治疗组1组90例、对照1组90例,治疗2组60例和对照2组60例。治疗1组根据标实和本虚的不同证型分别予乌贝消疣颗粒、养胃消疣颗粒口服。对照1组予奥美拉唑、果胶铋口服。治疗2组在热极治疗后予养胃消疣颗粒口服。对照2组在热极治疗后予奥美拉唑、果胶铋口服。各组均在治疗4周后评价疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率明显优于对照组(91.1%vs71.1%,90.0%vs70.0%,P<0.01),且对胃脘痛、胀满、厌食、嗳气的症状改善亦明显优于对照组,并能显著减少内镜下疣状结节的数目。结论:中药益气和胃、清热祛瘀治疗疣状胃炎总体疗效优于使用奥美拉唑及果胶铋对照组。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe clinical curative effect of Tonifying Qi and harmonizing stomach clering heat and blood stasis Treatment on Verrucous Gastritis. Method: The 300 cases of patients with verrucous gastritis were randomly divided into treatment group 1 with 90 cases, control group 1 with 90 cases, treatment group 2 with 60 cases and control group 2 with 60 cases, according to incomplete and complete Verrucous Gastritis. The patients in treatment group 1 were treated by Wubei Xiaoyou granule(乌贝消疣颗粒) and Yangwei Xiaoyou granules(养胃消疣颗粒) orally according to different syndrome types. The patients were treated by omeprazole and bismuth pectin orally in control group 1. The patients were treated by Yangwei Xiaoyou granules orally after heat treatment in treatment groups 2. The patients were treated by omeprazole and bismuth pectin orallyl after heat treatment in control group 2. The therapeutic effect was evaluated after 4 weeks. Results: The treatment group showed higher total effective rate than the control group(91.1%vs71.1%, 90.0%vs70.0%,P <0.01).The improvement of fullness, anorexia, epigastric pain, belching symptoms improved significantly in treatment group was better than the control group. And the number of endoscopic nodules significantly reduced in treatment group. Conclusion: Tonifying Qi and harmonizing stomach clering heat and blood stasis Treatment showed better efficacy than omeprazole and bismuth pectin on Verrucous Gastritis.更多还原
