黄芪注射液预防奥沙利铂所致周围神经毒性的系统评价
Systematic Evaluation of the Efficacy and Safety of Astragalus Injection in Preventing Oxaliplatin-induced Peripheral Neurotoxicity in Cancer Patients
【摘要】 目的:评价黄芪注射液(AI)预防奥沙利铂所致周围神经毒性(OIPN)的疗效及安全性。方法:全面检索Pub Med、EMbase、Cochrane Libraries、CNKI、万方和维普数据库中收录的AI预防OIPN的随机对照试验(RCT),检索时限从建库至2015年11月。在资料提取和质量评价后,采用Rev Man5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入5个RCT,共318例患者。Meta分析显示AI组与对照组OIPN总发生率[RR=0.41,95%CI(0.31,0.55),P<0.00001]及严重OIPN发生率[RR=0.26,95%CI(0.13,0.50),P<0.0001];所有研究均未发现与AI相关的不良反应发生。结论:AI能有效预防OIPN的发生,降低OIPN的发生率,安全性较好。
【Abstract】 Objective: To assess the efficacy and safety of Astragalus injection(AI) in preventing oxaliplatin-induced peripheral neurotoxicity(OIPN) in cancer patients. Methods: Studies were identified by searching Pub Med, EMbase, Cochrane Libraries, CNKI, Wan Fang and Wei Pu database from the date of establishment until November 2015. Randomized controlled trials(RCTs) that evaluated the efficacy of AI in preventing OIPN in cancer patients were included. Statistical analysis was performed with Rev Man5.3. Results: Five RCTs involving 318 patients were included. The results of Meta-analyses showed the following: there were statistically significant differences in all incidence of OIPN [RR=0.41, 95%CI(0.31, 0.55), P<0.00001] and incidence of severe OIPN [RR=0.26, 95%CI(0.13, 0.50), P<0.0001] between AI group and control group. All studies included found no adverse reactions induced by AI. Conclusions: AI is a safe and effective neuroprotective agent against OIPN and does not affect the efficacy of chemotherapy.
