【摘要】 目的:探讨蠲痹汤加减离子透入治疗寒湿痹阻型颞下颌关节功能紊乱的疗效。方法:选择寒湿痹阻型颞下颌关节功能紊乱患者74例,随机分为两组,每组37例,对照组给予常规治疗(局部理疗、按摩、针灸、健康教育及心理护理等),治疗组在常规治疗基础上予蠲痹汤加减离子透入治疗。治疗28 d后观察两组患者张口度、VAS评分及疗效。结果:治疗组治疗后张口度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=5.01,P<0.05);治疗组治疗后VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.56,P<0.05);治疗组愈显率为86.5%,对照组愈显率为62.3%,治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.69,P<0.05)。结论:蠲痹汤加减离子透入法治疗寒湿痹阻型颞下颌关节功能紊乱有较好疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the efficacy of Ion Penetration of Variant Juanbi Decoction on Cold Dampness impeding temporomandibular disorder. Methods: The 74 the patients were classified into two groups,37 in each. Patients were treated by conventional treatment(including local therapy,massage, acupuncture and moxibustion and psychological care) in control group, and Ion Penetration of Variant Juanbi Decoction as well as conventional treatment in treatment group. The month opening, VAS core and the efficacy were observed in two groups after treating for 28 days. Results: The treatment group showed better mouth opening than the control group, with statistical difference(t =5.01, P <0.05). And the treatment group showed lower VAS score than the control group, with statistical difference(t=4.56, P<0.05). The healing and effective rate was 86.5% in treatment group and 62.3% in control group; the treatment showed better efficacy than the control group and the difference was statistical(χ2=8.69, P<0.05). Conclusion: Ion Penetration of Variant Juanbi Decoction can provide good efficacy on Cold Dampness impeding temporomandibular disorder.更多还原
