【摘要】 通过2个耳鼻喉科疑难病案,一例急喉痹案,辨为太阳阳明合病,以表里双解法之葛根汤合小承气汤治愈;一例头面发热案,辨为少阳阳明合病,以养阴透热法之小柴胡合青蒿鳖甲汤治愈。从个案角度深入分析其治疗机理,探讨六经病证发展变化过程,为选择合适方药提供理论依据。从经络循行和六经辨证关系,揭示六经辨证的实质,从而得出理论来源于实践,实践将检验理论。更多还原

【Abstract】 The author introduced 2 cases suffering stubborn diseases in ENT department, one was acute pharyngitis, which was diagnosed as the disease of Taiyang and Yangming, and was cured by Gegen decoction combined with Xiaochengqi decoction; the other was head facial fever, which was diagnosed as the disease of Shaoyang and Yangming, was cured by Xiaochaihu decoction and Qinghao Biejia decoction. From the perspective of case, the author analyzed the treatment mechanism of six-channel differentiation therapy, and discussed the development and change process of six meridians syndromes, to provide theoretical basis for the selection of appropriate prescriptions. The relationship between meridian circulation and six-channel differentiation reveals the essence of six-channel differentiation, and we can conclude that theory comes from practice, and practice can test theory.更多还原
