【摘要】 目的:观察益气舒心丸对急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者内皮功能、相关炎症因子和P-选择素的影响,探讨CAG术中冠脉血流储备的影响机制。方法:将92例ACS患者随机分为两组。对照组45例予西医常规治疗,治疗组47例在西医治疗基础上予益气舒心丸,治疗6个月。复查冠状动脉造影,测定治疗前后一氧化氮(NO)/内皮素-1(ET-1)、高敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、可溶性血管细胞黏附分子1(s VCAM-1)、P-选择素(P-selectin)以及冠脉血流储备(CFR)各指标的变化。结果:治疗后,治疗组的ET-1、hs-CRP、s VCAM-1、P-selectin较治疗前降低,NO较治疗前升高;治疗后两组比较,治疗组ET-1、hs-CRP、s VCAM-1、P-selectin低于对照组,NO高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组的CFR高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益气舒心丸可改善ACS患者血管内皮功能,抑制炎症反应,抑制血小板活化,增加冠脉动脉血流储备。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the effects of Yiqi Shuxin Capslue(益气舒心丸, YQSXC) on endothelial function, inflammation factors associated and P-selectin in patients with acute coronary syndrome, and to investigate the mechanism of Coronary Flow Reserve(CFR) in the Coronary Angiography(CAG). Methods: The 92 patients with ACS were divided into 2 groups, with 47 in the treatment group and 45 in the control group. The treatment group was treated with baseline therapy and YQSXC, while the control group was treated with baseline therapy only. They were all treated for 6 months. Then the level of NO/ET-1, hs-CRP, s VCAM-1, P-selectin in blood was detected, and the CFR in both groups before and after the treatment was compared. Results: The levels of ET-1, hs-CRP, s VCAM-1, P-selectin all decreased after treatment, and the level of NO increased in the treatment group. After treatment, the levels of ET-1, hs-CRP, s VCAM-1, P-selectin were lower than control group, and the level of NO was higher(P<0.05). The CFR in YQSXC group were advanced significantly than control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: YQSXC can improve vascular endothelial function, relieve inflammatory reaction, lower the expression of Platelet, and stabilize atherosclerotic plaque of Coronary artery, and then improve the CFR of the acute coronary syndrome patients in the coronary angiography.更多还原
