P204萃取剂与离子液体混合促进锌铜分离的研究

【摘要】 本文研究了由二(2-乙基己基)磷酸酯(P204)和离子液体(三己基(十四)氯化磷(IL101)或三辛基甲基氯化铵(A336))的混合萃取剂对锌/铜分离的行为。在P204中添加离子液体后,锌和铜的萃取效率均有所降低,表现出反协同萃取行为,但对铜的萃取抑制尤为显著,从而使锌/铜分离系数显著提高。因此,通过调整混合萃取剂中离子液体的类型和摩尔分数,可显著促进锌/铜的分离;并进一步用红外和核磁共振谱阐明了混合萃取剂中P204和离子液体之间的分子间相互作用机理。

【Abstract】 The influence of the mixed extractants, including di-(2-ethylhexyl) phosphoric acid( P204), ionic liquids( Trihexyl( tetradecyl) phosphonium chloride( IL101) or Methyl trioctyl ammonium chloride( A336), on the separation behaviors of Zn( Ⅱ) / Cu( Ⅱ) were investigated. The antagonistic phenomena can be found for the extraction of both zinc and copper when ionic liquids were added into P204, especially for Cu(Ⅱ), thus the Zn(Ⅱ) / Cu(Ⅱ)separation can be greatly improved by adjusting the kinds and mole fractions of ionic liquids in the mixed extractants. The diverse intermolecular interactions between P204 and ionic liquids were elucidated with IR and NMR spectroscopies.
