【摘要】 目的 :探讨软通道置管对高血压脑出血患者的临床疗效及生活质量的影响。方法 :将就诊于我院的高血压脑出血患者106例随机分为对照组与观察组各53例,对照组给予常规的内科治疗,观察组在对照组基础上行行CT立体定向微创软通道置管引流。研究周期为4周。比较治疗前后两组患者的美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、日常生活能力(ADL)评分及健康调查简表(SF-36)量表相关指标评分。结果 :与治疗前比较,治疗后两组的NIHSS评分、ADL评分、SF-36量表相关的躯体功能、躯体疼痛、社交功能整体健康及精神健康评分均显著改善,差异均具有统计学意义;与对照组相比,治疗后观察组SF-36量表相关的躯体功能、躯体疼痛、社交功能整体健康及精神健康评分均明显改善,差异均具有统计学意义。结论 :与常规治疗方案相比,软通道置管用于高血压脑出血患者的治疗,可改善其生活质量,值得临床借鉴参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of soft channel catheter on clinical efficacy and quality of life in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods Treated in our hospital of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage 106 patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, each group of 53 cases, control group was given conventional medical treatment, the observation group in the control group based on the uplink CT stereotactic minimally invasive soft channel drainage tube. The study period was 4 weeks. Comparison of two groups of patients before and after the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS) score, the daily life ability(ADL) score and health survey list(SF-36) scale related indicators. Results Compared with before treatment, after treatment, the two groups NIHSS and ADL score and SF-36 table associated with physical function, bodily pain, social function and overall health and mental health score were significantly improved compared with statistical significance; compared with the control group, after treatment, observation group of NIHSS and ADL scores improved significantly, SF-36 table associated with physical function, bodily pain, social function and overall health and mental health score were significantly improved compared with statistical significance. Conclusion Compared with the conventional treatment program, the soft channel set tube for patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage treatment significantly reduced neural function defect of patients, improve the ability of daily life of patients, improve the quality of life, it is worth for clinical reference.更多还原
