【摘要】 目的:探讨关节镜下修复肩袖损伤的临床效果及预后相关影响因素分析。方法:所有患者均行关节镜下肩袖损伤修复术,对比患者术前术后UCLA评分和ASES评分的变化,分析UCLA评分、ASES评分在不同临床分组中的变化,并对各临床因素与UCLA评分和VAS评分的相关性进行比较。结果:术后UCLA评分和ASES评分均显著高于手术前,不同年龄组和不同肩袖撕裂程度的UCLA评分和ASES评分差异有统计学意义。不同术前病程组中的UCLA评分和ASES评分差异无统计学意义。相关性分析结果显示年龄、肩袖撕裂程度与UCLA评分和ASES评分之间存在显著负相关关系,术前病程与UCLA评分和ASES评分之间无相关性。结论:关节镜下肩袖修补术对肩袖损伤的治疗效果显著,预后效果与年龄、肩袖撕裂程度有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of arthroscopic rotator cuff repair and the analysis of the factorsaffecting the prognosis. Methods All injured patients were received arthroscopic rotator cuff repair, the changes of UCLA and ASESscores were compared before and after surgery. The differences of UCLA and ASES scores after surgery were analyzed between the different clinical groups, and the correlation between clinical factors and UCLA scores, ASES scores were compared. Results UCLA scores and ASES scoresof patients after surgery were significantly higher than those before surgery, There were significant differences of the UCLA scores and ASES scoresin groups of different age groups and different rotator cuff tear after the operation.There were no significant differences of that in different preoperative course groups. The correlation analysis showed that there was a significant negative correlation between age, rotator cuff tear and UCLA scores,ASES scores, there was no correlation between preoperative course and UCLA scores,ASES scores. Conclusions There was a significant effect on the treatment of rotator cuff injury by arthroscopic rotator cuff repair, and the prognosis was related to age and the extent of rotator cuff tear.更多还原
