【摘要】 党的十八届五中全会提出提高党领导发展能力和水平这一重要命题,这是几十年来理论工作者和学术界对相关问题研究的发展的逻辑结果。对相关文献进行梳理有利于提高党领导发展能力和水平这一重大课题研究的深化。所涉及的主要研究文献包含党的发展理论、党的领导体制、党的领导能力、党的执政能力、党领导发展能力和水平、国外政党领导发展能力六个研究主题。在对相关文献进行梳理的基础上作了回顾性评价,认为已有研究对党领导发展的基础性问题和前提性问题的探索,对党领导发展的内容作出了观念上的准备,对国外政党领导发展的经验教训的研究构成了重要参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Thirteen Five Planning proposed an important statement of improving the Party’s leading ability and level of development,which is the logical outcome of study on the relevant topics. Relevant literature includes development theory,the Party’s leading system,the Party’s leading ability,the Party’s ruling ability,the Party’s leading ability and level of development and foreign political par ty’s experiences. This essay reviews these literature, and assesses its contribution by exploring the basic questions;preparing the ideas of development and using other’s experiences as important reference.更多还原
