多系统萎缩患者的血尿酸与肌酐水平分析
Analysis of the level of blood uric acid and creatinine in patients with multiple system atrophy
【摘要】 目的对比多系统萎缩(mutiple system atrophy,MSA)患者与健康对照组的血尿酸、肌酐水平,分析MSA与血尿酸、肌酐浓度的关系。方法选取68例中国汉族MSA患者为实验组,70例健康汉族体检者为对照组,比较2组血尿酸、肌酐水平;进一步将MSA分为MSA-P以及MSA-C 2个亚组,比较两亚组之间血尿酸和肌酐水平。结果实验组血尿酸水平明显低于对照组(P<0.01),而实验组肌酐水平与对照组比较无明显差异(P>0.05),MSA-C及MSA-P组间血尿酸及肌酐水平无明显差别(P>0.05)。结论血尿酸与MSA的发病风险呈负相关,调节血尿酸水平可能是潜在的MSA治疗靶点。
【Abstract】 Objective To observe the changes of the blood uric acid(BUA)levels in the patients with multiple system atrophy(MSA)and its clinical significance.Methods Sixty-eight patients with MSA were selected as the experiment group and70 healthy subjects were selected as the control group.The levels of BUA and creatinine in the two groups were detected and compared.Results The BUA levels of patients in the experiment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The serum creatinine in the observation group had no obvious difference compared to the control group(P>0.05).There was no obvious significant difference of the BUA and creatinine levels between the MSA-P and MSA-C group.Conclusion The decrease of BUA level can be considered as a risk factor for MSA,regulating BUA may become the potential therapeutic targets for MSA.
