【Abstract】 Sperm motility plays a vital role in the artificial breeding of giant salamander.Study showed that the sperm was more motile with the water temperature at 16-17℃ in winter,which was better guaranteed by the balanced diet nutrition for the giant salamander.During the artificial cultivation process of the giant salamander,to increase their quantity of exercise was helpful for enhancing the sperm motility,which was related to their age,and sperms of giant salamanders at age 7-12 were vibrant.更多还原
