提高发酵牛粪有机肥有机氮含量的条件优化

【摘要】 利用外源微生物进行牛粪发酵试验,研究了原料配比、菌种配比、C/N、发酵温度、发酵时间等条件对牛粪发酵过程中有机氮含量的影响,以期为大量堆肥生产试验及研究提供参考。结果表明,当黑曲霉3324∶绿色木霉JD-1∶产朊假丝酵母C-1︰假丝酵母F-2的体积比为1∶3∶3∶3,牛粪与玉米秸秆质量比为3∶1,C/N为22,培养温度为30℃,发酵时间为4 d时,有机氮含量最高,为2.38%。

【Abstract】 The experiment of cow manure fermentation by inoculating exogenous microbes were performed,and the effects of the raw material ratio,strains ratio,C to N ratio,culture temperature and fermentation time on the organic nitrogen content in cow manure were studied,so as to provide a reference for a large number of compost production experiments and research. The results showed that when the ratio of Aspergillus niger 3324 to Trichoderma viride JD-1 to Candida utilis C-1 to Candida Albicans F-2 was1∶ 3∶ 3∶ 3,the ratio of cow manure to corn stalks was 3∶ 1,the ratio of C to N was 2∶ 1,culture temperature was 30 ℃,fermentation time was 4 d,the organic nitrogen content was the highest with 2. 38%.
