【摘要】 [目的]对紫蒲胶囊(原紫花清火胶囊)的制备工艺及其治疗慢性牙周炎的临床疗效进行了研究。[方法]优选出紫蒲胶囊原料药材的提取、浓缩、干燥及制剂成型工艺;将60例慢性牙周炎患者随机分为两组,均予常规治疗与护理,治疗组加服紫蒲胶囊,对比两组疗效。[结果]两组牙龈指数(GI)、牙周袋深度(PD)、附着丧失值(AL)治疗后均降低,治疗组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗总有效率治疗组为91.17%,对照组为76.92%,两组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。[结论]紫蒲胶囊治疗慢性牙周炎疗效确切,不良反应少,为进一步开发成贵阳中医学院第二附属医院院内制剂奠定了基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To study the preparation of Zipu Capsule and its clinical effect on the treatment of chronic periodontitis.[Method] The extraction,concentration,drying and preparation process of the raw herbal materials for Zipu Capsule were selected out.And 60 cases of chronic periodontitis patients were randomly assigned to two groups and were treated with conventional therapy and nursing care,while the treatment group was added with taking the Zipu capsule,to compare the curative effects of the two groups.[Result] Both of two groups showed decreases in gingival index(GI),periodontal pocket depth(PD) and attachment loss values(AL)after treatment,and those of the treatment group was significantly lower than those of the control group(P <0.05).The total curative effective rate of the treatment group was 91.17%,and 76.92% in the control group,and the differences between the two groups reached the significant level(P<0.05).[Conclusion] Zipu Capsule had definite therapeutic effect in treatment of chronic periodontitis and less adverse reactions,which laid the foundation for the further development into drug products.更多还原
