盐度对尼罗罗非鱼和莫桑比克罗非鱼生长的影响(英文)

【摘要】 罗非鱼的耐盐性较广,大多数罗非鱼既能在淡水中生长又能在海水生长。笔者通过人工配制了4个盐度的咸水(0‰、10‰、20‰、30‰),分别从成活率、绝对增重量、瞬时增重率等3个方面对莫桑比克罗非和尼罗罗非鱼的生长进行了初步研究。通过试验研究对比发现,莫桑比克罗非鱼的生长随着试验盐度的升高呈上升趋势,适合在海水中养殖;而尼罗罗非鱼的生长随着试验盐度的升高呈下降趋势,更适合淡水养殖。

【Abstract】 Tilapia has wide-range tolerance to salinity, and most Tilapia species can survive in both fresh water and seawater. In this study, the survival rates, absolute growth rates and instantaneous growth rates of Tilapia nilotica and Tilapia mossambica in waters with four different salinities(0‰, 10‰, 20‰, 30‰) were investigated.The results showed that the growth of T. mossambica was trended to be increased with the increased salinity, and it is suitable to be farmed in seawater; however, the growth of T. nilotica was trended to be decreased with the increased salinity, and it is suitable to be farmed in fresh water.
