【Abstract】 Taking Hunan Biological and Electromechanical Polytechnic as an example, the paper deeply analyzed the strength, weakness, opportunity and threat of agricultural higher vocational colleges in promoting their abilities of serving the society. In allusion to current problems and dilemma for agricultural higher vocational colleges to improve their social serving abilities, it argued that it was necessary to achieve breakthroughs in three aspects as follows: perfecting the system and mechanism, improving the hard and soft facilities, and optimizing the policy environment.更多还原
