震荡观察法快速鉴别油茶籽油中掺杂菜籽油

【摘要】 依据油茶籽油与菜籽油亲水性不同的特点,通过震荡观察法观察纯油茶籽油、纯菜籽油以及混合标准油(油茶籽油中掺入5%菜籽油)与水混合震荡后所呈现的特征现象,以期鉴别油茶籽油中是否掺有菜籽油,并与电子鼻和醋酸酐-浓硫酸法的测定结果进行比较。试验结果表明:只需使用水、亚甲基蓝及试管等廉价材料即可在16 min内完成对油茶籽油是否掺伪的鉴别,其灵敏度可满足人们日常检测的需要;另外,此法对商品油掺杂鉴定的结果与电子鼻法和醋酸酐-浓硫酸法的检测结果基本一致,证明了此法的可行性和准确性。

【Abstract】 Oil-camellia seed oil is a kind of fine woody oil. Because its price is much higher than other vegetable oil, the adulteration of low cost edible oil is caused by the illegal producers and sellers. Adulteration seriously disturbed the oil-camellia seed oil market and made consumer confidence dropping. Though the identification methods currently used can meet the need for testers to distinguish oil-camellia seed oil from other vegetable oil, the use of the instrument and equipment are more expensive, not suitable for widespread use. Based on the hydrophilic difference between oil-camellia seed oil and rapeseed oil, the characteristic phenomena were observed by shaking mixture of water and pure oil-camellia seed oil, pure rapeseed oil and mixed standard oil.( oil-camellia seed oil being adulterated with 5% rapeseed oil), successively. These phenomena were used to identify if oil-camellia seed oil was adulterated with rapeseed oil, and the results were compared with the one of electronic nose as well as method of acetic anhydride-concentrated sulfuric acid. The results showed that the identification can be completed in 16 min by use of water, methylene blue pigment and test tube. The sensitivity can meet the needs of people’s daily testing. In addition, the results of commercial oil doping identification carried out by this method are the same as the results of the electronic nose and method of acetic anhydride-concentrated sulfuric acid, which prove the feasibility and accuracy of this method.
