【摘要】 服务型政府同时也应该是透明型政府、廉洁高效型政府、责任型政府、法治型政府。公共服务监督法制化作为法治政府建设和服务型政府建设的重要组成部分,要推进服务型政府建设就必须实现公共服务监督的法制化。本文在分析了我国公共服务监督法制化现状的基础上提出了完善公共服务监督法制化的理念思路,包括建议制定《公共服务监督法》《公共服务标准化法》《政府绩效评估法》等法律,以形成一个较完整的公共服务监督法律体系,之后提出公共服务监督法制化评价,以考评推进法制化建设。更多还原

【Abstract】 Service-oriented government should also be a transparent government,a clean and efficient government,a responsible government and a law-oriented government. Public service supervision legalization is an important part of the construction of law-oriented government and service-oriented government,and to promote the construction of service-oriented government must implement the legalization of public service supervision. This paper analyzes the current situation of public service supervision legalization; proposes the conceptual ideas to improve the public service supervision legalization,including proposals to develop Public Service Supervision Law,Public Service Standardization Law,Government Performance Assessment Act and some other laws,to form a more complete law system for the public service supervision; and finally evaluates the current status of public service supervision legalization.更多还原
