不同载体的固体酸催化剂对糠醛渣水解制乙酰丙酸催化性能的影响

【摘要】 首先用一步法合成了一种介孔分子筛,然后分别以常规微孔分子筛ZSM-5、介孔分子筛SBA-15以及自制分子筛为载体制备了三种不同载体负载的TiO2/SO42-固体酸催化剂.以糠醛渣为原料,研究了三种不同载体负载的TiO2/SO42-固体酸催化剂对纤维素水解制乙酰丙酸催化性能的影响,在相同的反应条件下自制载体负载的TiO2/SO42-催化剂显示了较好的催化性能.在优化的反应条件下,反应温度在220℃、反应时间60 min、固体酸用量10%左右、液固比15∶1,自制载体催化剂乙酰丙酸收率可以达到72.3%.

【Abstract】 Mesoporous molecular sieve with strong acidity was prepared during a simple one step synthesis procedure. Three TiO2/SO42-soliod catalysts were synthesized using ZSM- 5,SBA- 15 and self- made molecular sieve as support respectively,and the catalytic performance of the resulting catalysts was examined in pyrolysis of furfural residue to levulinic acid. The catalyst synthesised a using disordered worm-like mesoporous molecular sieve as support which showed higher conversion of cellulose to levulinic acid than those of traditional microporous or mesoporous molecular sieve. The experiment was optimized the process conditions:hydrolysis temperature was 220 ℃,hydrolysis time was 60 min,the amount of solid acid was 10%,and water-materials mass ratio was 15∶1. Under this condition,the LA yield could reach 72.3%.
