危险废物焚烧飞灰的稳定化研究
Research on Stabilization of Hazardous Waste Incineration Fly Ash
【摘要】 通过对危险废物焚烧处理所得飞灰的化学分析,发现飞灰中多数重金属离子的浸出毒性都超过国家所规定的允许进入安全填埋场浓度限值,其中铅的浸出毒性达到36.547 mg/L,是国标的7.31倍,利用Na2S、FeSO4·7H2O、螯合剂对其进行稳定化处理。处理效果显示:螯合剂>Na2S>FeSO4·7H2O,通过添加0.8%的螯合剂,处理后的飞灰已达到国家所规定的各项控制指标。
【Abstract】 According to analyze the fly ash which produced from incineration disposal of hazardous waste,the results show almost all the leaching toxicity of heavy metals have exceed the concentration limits which can be allowed into safe landfill,and the Pb has reached to 36. 547 mg / L which is 7. 31 times of the national standard,and then using Na2S,FeSO4·7H2O and chelating agent to stabilize it,the effect shows that chelating agent > Na2S > FeSO4·7H2O,and the stabilization of fly ash has reached to all control indexes by 0. 8% chelating agent added.
