维生素K2(35)关键中间体的合成研究
Study on Synthesis of Vitamin K2(35) Key Intermediate
【摘要】 以2-溴-1,4-二甲氧基-3-甲基萘和溴代香叶醇为起始原料,经偶联反应和烯丙位末端氧化反应得到维生素K2(35)关键中间体,总收率为64.9%,其结构经MS、1H NMR、13C NMR确证。
【Abstract】 Starting from 2-bromo-1,4-dimethoxy-3-methylnaphthalene and geraniol of bromation, the key intermediate of vitamin K2(35) was synthesized by a two-step reaction of coupling and allylic oxidation. The overall yield of the two-step reaction was 64.9%. The structure was characterized by MS,1H NMR and 13C NMR.
