【摘要】 目的探讨"冬梅护理"安全预警管理干预护理中断事件对临床护理安全的影响。方法将2015-07/2015-12月收治1675例病人分为对照组和干预组,两组均实施优质服务基础项目,干预组增加"冬梅护理"安全预警管理干预措施,比较两组中断事件类型、数量、风险等级与病人满意度。结果干预组中断事件数量降低明显,风险等级降低明显,病人满意度明显提升,与对照组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 "冬梅护理"安全预警管理降低了护理风险等级与数量,提升了病人的满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the influence on clinical care security of"Dongmei care"security warning management in interventional disruption events.Methods A total of 1675 patients in authors,hospital from July2015 to December 2015 were divided into control group(n=880)and intervention group(n=875).Both groups were given the basic quality of care project as the intervention group was increased with the"Dongmei care"security warning management,and the interruption events of type,quantity,level of risk and patient satisfaction in the two groups were compared.ResultsCompared with the control group,the number of interruption events and the level of risk in the intervention group was significantly reduced,while the patient satisfaction was improved obviously.Conclusion "Dongmei care"safety alerting management can reduce the risk level and the quantity of clinical-care,and can improve patient satisfaction,which is a reliable guarantee way to the patient safety.更多还原
