【摘要】 将技术资本的形成过程与后期的运营相结合,探讨了技术对企业价值的驱动机理、运作方式与优化路径。其中,技术资本的形成需要经过三个关键环节:技术生产、技术确权与技术交易。这是技术价值驱动的首要阶段。第二个阶段是启动资本运作机制,灵活运用各种资本经营方式,全方位调动技术资本的潜力实现增值。根据运营方式可将技术的价值驱动模式划分为商品式技术运营、资产式技术运营、资本式技术运营三种。伴随经济环境变化,企业还应在识别技术活动能力的基础上,对技术运作模式作出优化调整。为技术转化及持续价值管理提供一定的理论指导。更多还原

【Abstract】 Combining the forming process of technology capital with its latter operation,the paper analyzes the driving mechanism,operating mode and optimizing path of technology for enterprise value. Among them,the formation of technology capital requires three key links,namely production of technology,confirmation of technological property and transaction of technology,which is the first stage of value drive of technology. The second stage starts the mechanism of capital operation,flexibly using various modes of capital operation and comprehensively mobilizing the potential of technology capital to realize added value. According to the operation mode,the value-driven mode of technology is divided into the technological operation of commodity,assets and capital.With the change of economic environment,the enterprise should also optimize and adjust the technological operation modes on the basis of identifying the capabilities of technological activities,which provides certain theoretical guidance for technological transformation and sustainable value management.更多还原
