【摘要】 目的探讨骨巨细胞瘤组织中上皮型钙黏蛋白(E-cadherin)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的表达及临床意义。方法采用免疫组化S-P法检测65例骨巨细胞瘤和30例正常骨组织中E-cadherin、VEGF的表达水平,并分析两者与骨巨细胞瘤临床病理参数的关系。结果骨巨细胞瘤组织中E-cadherin的阳性率低于正常骨组织(P<0.05);骨巨细胞瘤组织中VEGF的阳性率高于正常骨组织(P<0.05)。骨巨细胞瘤组织中E-cadherin、VEGF的表达均与患者的Jaffe分级、临床分期、复发与否有关(P<0.05)。骨巨细胞瘤组织中E-cadherin、VEGF的表达呈负相关关系(r=-0.489,P<0.05)。结论骨巨细胞瘤组织中E-cadherin、VEGF过表达,这与骨巨细胞瘤的疾病进展、浸润、转移等关系密切。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expressions of E-cadherin and vascular endothelial growth factor( VEGF) in the giant cell tumor of bone and the significance. Methods Immunohistochemical S-P method was used to detect the expressions of E-cadherin and VEGF in the 65 cases of giant cell tumor and 30 cases of normal bone tissues,their relationship with clinicopathological parameters were analyzed. Results The positive rate of E-cadherin in the giant cell tumor of bone was lower than that in the normal bone tissue( P < 0. 05); the positive rate of VEGF in the giant cell tumor of bone was higher than that in the normal bone tissue( P < 0. 05). The expressions of E-cadherin and VEGF in the giant cell tumor of bone were related with Jaffe grading,clinical stage and recurrence( P < 0. 05). In the giant cell tumor of bone,the expression of E-cadherin was negatively related with VEGF( r =- 0. 489,P < 0. 05). Conclusion high expressions of E-cadherin and VEGF are observed in the giant cell tumor of bone,and may be related to the development,infiltration and metastasis of giant cell tumor of bone.更多还原
