【摘要】 目的了解I类切口围手术预防用抗菌药物的使用情况,促进I类切口围手术期抗菌药物的合理使用。方法回顾性调查某三级医院2013-01—2013-12间出院的604例I类切口手术病例,分析抗菌药物预防性使用情况,采用SPSS17.0进行统计分析。结果 604例I类切口中238例预防性使用了抗菌药物,抽查使用率39.4%,使用较多的抗菌药物是一代及二代头孢,分别占57.0%和15.5%;总用药持续时间<24 h 28例,占11.8%,24~48 h 113例,占47.5%,48~168 h 95例,占39.9%,>168 h 2例,占0.8%。结论围手术抗菌药物使用存在不合理现象,主要表现为无指征用药,抗菌药物选择不当,预防用药单次给药剂量偏高、术后用药时间过长等,有待于进一步规范围手术期预防性抗菌药物的使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the perioperative prophylactic antibacterial usage in type I incision surgery and improve the rationality of prophylactic usage of antibacterials. Methods Totally 604 cases of type I incision surgery from January to December,2013 were retrospectively investigated. The status of antibacterial use type I cases was analyzed. SPSS 17. 0 was used for statistical analysis. Results 238 cases using prophylactic antibacterials during the perioperative period accounted for 39. 4%. The antibacterials most used were the first and the second generations of cephalosporin,which accounted for 57. 0% and 15. 5% respectively. 28 cases had the medication duration of less than 24 h,113 cases 24 ~ 48 h,95 cases 48 ~ 168 h,and 2 cases more than 168 h,which accounted for 11. 8 %,47. 5%,39. 9% and 0. 8% respectively. Conclusion The usage of the perioperative prophylactic antibacterials remaines unreasonable,which is manifested as using antimicrobial with no indications,the unreasonable selection of atibacerial types,the unreasonable single dose of antimicrobials and the unreasonable long duration of antibacterial use after surgery. It is suggested that the perioperative prophylactic antibacterial use in type I incision sugety still remains to be further standardized.更多还原
