【摘要】 目的探讨对胃十二指肠穿孔修补患者术后给予快速康复外科护理对其胃肠道并发症的效果。方法选取佛山市顺德区龙江医院2013-07—2015-06间接收的80例胃十二指肠穿孔行手术治疗患者作为研究对象,按数字奇偶法随机分为两组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予快速康复外科护理;观察两组患者术后胃肠道并发症情况以及肛门排气、排便时间,首次进食时间以及护理满意度。结果观察组术后首次进食、下床活动时间、首次肛门排气、排便时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为97.50%,对照组护理满意度为85.00%,组间比较,差异显著;观察组并发症发生率为12.5%,明显低于对照组的35.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用快速康复外科护理,对胃十二指肠穿孔手术患者,可减轻手术刺激、炎症反应等原因导致的胃肠功能紊乱,帮助其胃肠功能的恢复,以此减轻肠粘连、肠梗阻等术后并发症发生的几率,使得患者生活质量得到提高,减少护患纠纷,提高护理满意度,值得临床应用与推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of gastrointestinal complications of quick healing surgical nursing for patients with gastro duodenal perforation repair. Methods Selecting 80 patients from Jul. 2013 to Jun. 2015 receiving gastroduodenal perforation repair surgical treatment as the research objects. According to the method of digital parity,they were randomly divided into two groups. Control group(n = 40) were given routine nursing care,and observation group(n = 40) were given quick healing surgical nursing. Postoperative gastrointestinal complications,anal exhaust,defecation time,the time of first feeding,and nursing satisfaction were observed. Results In observation group,the first time of feeding,ambulation,anus exhaust and defecation were shorter than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0. 05).
