【摘要】 目的研究泛耐及全耐药鲍曼不动杆菌的临床分布特征以及耐药特性。方法将院内感染菌为鲍曼不动杆菌的24例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。结果对照组治疗后无变化,临床症状无改善,治疗组临床症状改善(P<0.01),1+2治疗组痰培转阴2例(25.0%),1+3治疗组痰培转阴3例(37.5%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论泛耐及全耐药鲍曼不动杆菌的临床治疗采用头孢哌酮舒巴坦、比阿培南、替加环素能够达到良好的治疗效果,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical distribution characteristics and drug resistance characteristics of the pan- and- resistant Acinetobacter Bauman. Methods From January,2014 to December,2015,24 cases of patients infected with Bauman were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Results 8 cases of patients in control group treated with physiological saline without antibiotics had no change,in the 1 + 2 treatment group 8 patients were negative in 2 cases( 25. 0%),in the 1 + 3 treatment 8 cases were negative in 3 cases( 37. 5%),the difference had statistical significance( P < 0. 05).
