【摘要】 目的规范即时检验(point-of-case testing,POCT)血糖仪比对试验,制定出更适合评价POCT血糖仪性能的比对方案。方法以罗氏P-800测定血清葡萄糖为参考方法,POCT血糖仪测定末梢全血葡萄糖为实验方法,通过比较2011-2013年POCT血糖仪比对试验所采用的方案,并对A、B、C 3个临床科室的3年血糖比对结果进行相关性分析及偏倚评估,分析改进后的比对方案对POCT血糖比对试验的影响。结果 3个科室的POCT血糖仪与罗氏P-800的相关性、准确性在不断改善。结论制定更适合临床使用习惯的比对方案,才能更真实反映临床上使用的POCT血糖仪的使用情况。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To regulate the contrast experiment of POCT blood glucose meter and to develop measurement comparison schemes for appropriate evaluation on the performance of POCT blood glucose meter,which can make the result have better comparability and concordance of POCT blood glucose meter and Roche P800 automatic biochemical analyzer on the same blood glucose of the patient.Methods Roche P800 automatic biochemical analyze was used as a reference method to determine serum glucose,and POCT blood glucose meter was used as an experimental method in determining whole blood glucose of peripheral blood.By comparing the schemes for contrast experiment of POCT blood glucose meter from 2011 to 2013 in this hospital and analyzing the schemes of three clinical departments on blood glucose with correlation analysis and bias evaluation to analyze the impact of improved measurement comparison schemes on the results of POCT blood glucose meter.Results After statistical analysis,as compared to the continuous improvement of the program,the three sections of the POCT glucose meter with Roche P800 relevance,accuracy was in continuous improvement.Conclusion The correlation and concordance of POCT glucometer and Roche P800 automatic biochemical analyze test results could be improved significantly as well.更多还原
