【摘要】 目的观察中药黄芪饮片泡服联合黄葵胶囊治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法将40例早期糖尿病肾病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各20例,均给予控制饮食、血糖、适量运动等糖尿病基础治疗。对照组给予黄葵胶囊口服,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用黄芪饮片泡服,治疗周期为8周。观察两组治疗前后尿微量白蛋白(mAlb)、空腹血糖(FBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、血清总胆固醇(TC)、血清甘油三酯(TG)等实验室指标的变化。结果治疗8周后,对照组和治疗组患者m Alb、FBG、HbA1c、TC、TG均较治疗前有明显改善(P<0.01);治疗组治疗后m Alb、FBG、HbA1c、TC、TG较对照组治疗后改善更明显(P<0.05)。结论中药黄芪饮片泡服联合黄葵胶囊治疗早期糖尿病肾病,能有效控制m Alb、FBG、HbA1c、TC、TG,具有较好的临床疗效,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of combined treatment of slices of prepared astragalus taken after being infused in hot water or decoction and Okra Capsule on early diabetic nephropathy.Methods 40 patients with early diabetic nephropathy were divided into treatment group and control group randomly(20 cases for each group),and basic treatments for diabetes like controlling diet and blood glucose,exercising moderately were conducted on all patients; oral taken Okra Capsule was given to the control group,while infused taken slices of prepared astragalus was given to the treatment group basing on the treatment of the control group,and the treatment lasted for 8 weeks.The change of experimental indicators like urine microalbumin(mAlb),fasting blood glucose( FBG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),total cholesterol(TC) and serum triglyceride(TG) was observed before and after the treatment in 2 groups.Results After 8weeks of treatment,mA lb,FBG,HbA1c,TC and TG value in both control group and treatment group were obviously improved comparing with that before treatment(P<0.01); mA lb,FBG,HbA1c,TC and TG value in treatment group presented a better improvement than that in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Combined treatment of slices of prepared astragalus taken after being infused in hot water or decoction and okra capsule on early diabetic nephropathy could effectively control mA lb,FBG,HbA1c,TC and TG value,and could have a good clinical efficacy and worth applied clinical wide.更多还原
