【摘要】 目的分析血透患者补液依从性影响因素及医护一体化护理应用价值。方法调查120例维持性血液透析患者补液依从性、健康信念,使用补液依从性影响因素Logistic回归分析,开展医护一体化护理。结果透析时间短(≤1年)、悲观心理、护患关系一般、血液透析知识缺乏是补液依从性差的影响因素(P<0.05);干预后,120例患者健康信念各项分值均明显提高,依从率61.7%提高至95.8%(P<0.05)。结论医护一体化护理针对依从性影响因素展开护理,有效提高患者健康信念和补液依从性,值得应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Analysis of hemodialysis patients rehydration adherence effect factors and nursing care integration application value. Methods Investigating 120 patients with maintenance hemodialysis rehydration compliance,health beliefs,use the rehydration adherence factor Logistic regression analysis,to carry out the integration of medical care. Results Dialysis time was short( 1 year or less),pessimistic psychology,relationship between nurses and patients in general and lacking blood dialysis knowledge were the influence factors of rehydration poor compliance( P < 0. 05); after the intervention,health belief all the scores of 120 cases were improved obviously,improve the compliance rate of 61. 7% to 95. 8%( P < 0. 05).
