偏高岭土高性能混凝土断裂面的分形特征

【摘要】 通过5种偏高岭土掺量下混凝土弯折试验获得了样品的断裂面,利用激光扫描仪得到了断裂面的三维数据并重构了断裂面的三维数字图像,借助三维数字图像分形维数软件计算了断裂面的表面分形维数,分析了弯折强度随分形维数的变化关系。研究表明,偏高岭土在提高混凝土的力学性能的同时,有效提高了混凝土水化程度,使断裂面形貌规则程度不断提高,分形维数整体呈现降低趋势,偏高岭土的弯折强度和断裂面的分形维数存在负相关性,弯折强度随分形维数的增大而减小。

【Abstract】 The fracture surface was obtained by flexure test on high performance concrete with five different metakaolin volumetric contents,the 3D data of the fracture surface was achieved by using laser scanner and the 3D digital image of fracture surface was reconstructed.The fractal dimension of the image was calculated by using 3D digital image fractal dimension software.The research shows that metakaolin can improve the mechanical property and the regular degree of the fracture surface morphology,the fractal dimension is decreased with an increase of metakaolin volumetric contents.It is revealed that there is a negative relation between flexure strength and fractal dimensions,the flexural strength decrease with the increase of fractal dimension.
