不同劣化作用对混凝土力学性能的影响
Influence of different deterioration effects on mechanical properties of concrete
【摘要】 为探讨混凝土力学性能在不同劣化作用下的变化规律,对3种类型混凝土分别在冻融循环、干湿循环、碳化和氯盐侵蚀条件下的抗压强度和动弹性模量进行了试验研究,结果表明:不同劣化作用对混凝土力学性能的影响机理不同,冻融循环对混凝土力学性能损伤较大,冻融循环300次时,3种混凝土抗压强度损失率依次为30.1%、51.4%、23.3%,动弹性模量损失率依次为2.8%、10.1%、21.6%,氯盐侵蚀和短期内的干湿循环对混凝土的力学性能损伤不明显,而碳化对混凝土力学性能有促进作用。标准养护条件下混凝土抗压强度与动弹性模量具有较好的相关性,但在不同劣化因素作用下,这种相关性随混凝土类型、劣化因素类型而发生改变。
【Abstract】 For investigating the changes of mechanical properties of concrete under the action of different degradation,tests of compressive strength and dynamic elastic modulus of three kinds of concrete under the condition of freeze-thaw cycles,dry-wet cycles,carbonation and chloride erosion were executed respectively.The results show that the influence mechanism of different deterioration effects on concrete mechanics properties is different,the damage effects of freezing and thawing test on mechanical properties of concrete is biggest.When the freezing-thawing cycle reach 300 times,the strength loss rate of three kinds of concrete is 30.1%,51.4% and 23.3% respectively,and the loss rate of dynamic elastic modulus is 2.8%,10.1% and 21.6% separately.The damage effects of chloride erosion and short-term drying-weting circulation on the mechanical properties of concrete is not apparent,and carbonation is conducive to improve its mechanical performance.There is a good relationship between compressive strength and dynamic elastic modulus of concrete under standard curing condition,however,such relationship will change together with the change of type of concrete and deterioration.
