矿物掺合料对混凝土氯离子扩散系数影响的试验研究

【摘要】 通过NEL法测定混凝土氯离子扩散系数,定量评价了水胶比、骨料体积分数、粉煤灰、矿渣和硅粉对混凝土氯离子扩散系数的影响。试验结果表明,混凝土氯离子扩散系数随着水胶比的增大而增大,但随着骨料体积百分数的增大而减小。在混凝土中掺入粉煤灰、矿渣和硅粉都可以显著减小混凝土氯离子扩散系数,硅粉效果最好。对于粉煤灰和矿渣,掺量为10%时减小率最大,而对于硅粉,掺量为5%时减小率最大。

【Abstract】 The chloride diffusivity of concrete was measured through the NEL method. The effects of water/binder ratio,aggregate volume fraction,fly ash,slag,and silicon fume on the chloride diffusivity of concrete were evaluated in a quantitative manner. The experimental results show that the chloride diffusivity of concrete increases with the increase of the water/binder ratio but decreases with an increase in aggregate volume fraction. Addition of fly ash,slag,and silicon fume can all significantly reduce the chloride diffusivity of concrete,and the best effect is achieved with silica fume. For fly ash and slag,the maximum rate of decrease is reached at a dosage of 10% by volume,w hile for silica fume,the maximum rate of decrease is achieved at a dosage of 5% by volume.
