载荷作用后复掺高性能混凝土氯离子渗透性能
Permeability of chloride ion in high-performance concrete with compound admixtures after loading
【摘要】 采用人工海洋气候模拟试验室,对经过三种等级载荷(50%、65%和80%强度极限(c)作用后的C60复掺高性能混凝土(15%粉煤灰+35%矿粉)进行了抗氯离子渗透性试验研究(自然扩散法),同时根据Fick第二定律求解了不同载荷等级、不同腐蚀深度及不同腐蚀时间点下的氯离子扩散系数。结果表明:随着距腐蚀面的距离增大,氯离子浓度值减小,且该值在0~15 mm之间降低较快,在20~40 mm之间趋于稳定,氯离子扩散系数随之线性增大;表层混凝土中(0~5 mm)氯离子的浓度随着腐蚀时间增加而增大,氯离子扩散系数随着腐蚀时间增加而减小;当载荷等级大于50%σc时,随着加载等级增大(在距腐蚀面相同距离处),氯离子浓度增大,氯离子扩散系数增大。
【Abstract】 The experimentalstudy on permeability of chloride ion in C60 highperformance concrete with compound admixtures(15%fly ash and 35%slag) after three kinds of load level(50%,65%and 80%σ_c ultimate strength) was performed.While,chloride diffusion coefficient of concrete under different kinds of level,at various depths and after different corrosion times was calculated based on the second Fick’s Law.The results show that the chloride ion density decreases with the distance from the etched surface.The value decreases quickly between 0~25 mm,and it is tending towards stability between 20~40 mm.While,the chloride ion diffusion coefficient increases linearly with the depths.The chloride ion density in concrete(0~5 mm) increases with time while the chloride ion diffusion coefficient decreased.The chloride ion density and the chloride ion diffusion coefficient increased with the load(at the same distance from the etched face) when the load was greater than 50%σ_c.
