搅拌顺序对低强度再生混凝土干燥收缩性能的影响研究
Study for the influence of mixing order on drying shrinkage of low-intensity recycled concrete
【摘要】 为研究搅拌顺序对再生混凝土干燥收缩性的影响,通过改进传统的搅拌顺序,分别配制C15、C20、C30再生混凝土试块,测试其在改进后的新搅拌顺序和普通搅拌顺序下的干燥收缩性能。并对试验结果进行对比分析。试验结果表明:(1)新搅拌顺序下再生混凝土前60 d的干燥收缩率低于传统搅拌顺序下的;(2)随着再生混凝土强度等级的提高,其干燥收缩改善性也随之提高。
【Abstract】 In order to study the influence of the mixing process on recycled concrete performance,it formulated C15,C20,C30 recycled concrete and tested its drying shrinkage performance in the new mixing process and the ordinary mixing process by improving the traditional mixing process.And it also comparatively analysis the test results.It shows that:(1) The recycled concrete drying shrinkage rate in the first 60 days is smaller than the ordinary mixing process concrete.(2) Experimental results show that the low-intensity recycled concrete drying shrinkage is improved with strength grade increasing by the unique mixing sequence.
