【摘要】 大学文化传统是现代大学制度和精神在办学过程中所形成的一种生活样式。它在人才培养的过程中具有难以替代的作用。大学文化传统的建设需要以现代大学制度和精神为支撑,力避学术资本主义和大学行政化的侵蚀。在建设现代大学制度的过程中,高校应该将建设体现学校个性的大学文化传统当做一个重要内容。海南师范大学文学院的本科生导师制和学生的410协会从教师的职业精神、学术自治、因材施教、学生自治等几个方面实践了现代大学精神,力图养成一种大学文化传统。其中有经验也有教训,值得汲取。更多还原

【Abstract】 The cultural tradition in universities and colleges,a life style formed by the modern university system and spirit in the course of school running,plays an irreplaceable role in the process of personnel training. The construction of the cultural tradition in universities and colleges needs the support of the modern university system and spirit so as to avoid the erosion of academic capitalism and administrativation at college. In the process of constructing the modern university system,universities and colleges should emphasize the building of university cultural tradition characteristic of their respective individuality. In School of Liberal Arts,Hainan Normal University,the modern university spirit is practiced by virtue of the tutorial system for undergraduates and the 410 Association of students in terms of teachers’ professionalism,academic autonomy,individualized teaching,and student autonomy so as to cultivate a cultural tradition at college. In the practice there are both experience and lessons,which is worthy of reference.更多还原
